🍓 What’s Upcycling and Food Reallocation?
Food upcycling is about turning byproducts from food production into new, high-quality food products—keeping good ingredients out of the landfill and on your plate.
Food reallocation (or food diversion) rescues excess edible food and redistributes it to people typically facing food insecurity, instead of letting it go to waste.
