Our Mission
We created the Food Waste to Zero Pilot Program to help businesses like yours prevent food from being wasted.
It is the first of its kind in Southern California and is only being offered to kitchens that meet certain criteria.

Business Eligibility for Participation
Have a large commercial kitchen that currently throws away food waste
Be located in Los Angeles County
